The TCSC has obtained some discount tickets for the MN Scottish Fair and Highland Games 2010! The event will be held on May 22, 2010 at the Dakota County Fairgrounds in Farmington, MN.

The normal price of adult admission is $15.00 per person, however, I have tickets available for your purchase at $12.00 each. That's a $3.00 savings per person!

This ticket sale is for a limited time, so get your tickets today!

Please make your check made payable to the "MSFHG" (Minnesota Scottish Fair and Highland Games).

This check can be sent to me at Norma Macdonald, 14 Mission Road West, Bloomington, MN 55420. Please include $12.00 for each ticket that you wish to receive, along with your name and address to send the tickets to. This ticket sale is open all, so tell your family and friends!

Share Your Treasures with the TCSC!

As you know, the TCSC has a Silent Auction every year during the Burns Night event. All the funds raised on the TCSC donated items from this Silent Auction go directly back into the Club. These funds assist in allow us to continue to offer our members reduced ticket prices on our events - which will include the Burns Night this year!

With that said, we ask that if you find a new or slightly used item(s), please consider donating them to the Twin Cities Scottish Club as a silent auction item. We always enjoy having Scottish items for sale at the auction, but love to have many items that will appeal to all our guests. If you have any items to donate, please contact Norma Macdonald at 952-888-2800 or weeyin57@aol.com, so we can arrange a time for you to drop the items(s) off, or for Norma to pick them up. We will also take collection of these items at our upcoming events, such as the Christmas Party on December 6th, and the Annual General Meeting on January 10th. Thank you!

TCSC Membership Dues

The TCSC Membership dues are up for renewal by members on January 1, 2009. Dues are as follows: $30.00 for a Household, $15.00 for Individuals/Senior Couple, and $10.00 for a Senior Individual.

Please make your checks payable to TCSC and send your 2009 dues to Norma Macdonald, 14 West Mission Road, Bloomington, MN 55420. To update your information, print out and fill in the membership form to submit with your payment..

The TCCS Wants To Keep You Informed...

The TCSC wants to be able to inform its membership of upcoming Scottish events or news in between Club newsletters by sending our membership individual emails. If you are not currently receiving these updates, and have an email address, PLEASE let us know what it is. Send an email to Norma Macdonald at weeyin57@aol.com and put in the subject line "TCSC email address". Please make sure to also give your full name in the email, so Norma can update the Roster with the information. Please be comfortable in knowing that the TCSC values your privacy, and does not share it's email list with anyone!
